In some places the Spark runner uses both external windowing and internal
windowing in collections such as
{code:java}
WindowedValue<KV<K, Iterable<WindowedValue<V>>>>
{code}
leading to unneeded mappers and dereference
The external windowing information is duplicated so unneeded
