Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: Not applicable
This issue won't be fixed, because we would like collect all of metrics that
are added in the measured pipeline. For further details and discussion check
[PR|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/8731]. Created another issue that fixes
metrics naming bug.
