Goals:
- Allow using typing module types for type hints in Beam
(https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/9125 does this)
- Convert Beam SDK usage to typing module types
(https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/9125 partially or fully does this)
Maybe:
- Remove function that converts from Beam to Python typing types.
