Ok, sounds good. I've started working on a PR for this, and I'll update here
when it's ready.
As a side note, I can't tell if I'm just confused by JIRA's UI or if I do not
have the permissions to change the assignee, so I haven't done that. If you are
able to do it feel free to do so.
