DataSource objects are currently being created once and assigned to a global
variable creating a data race where multiple JdbcIO transforms may step on each
other if executed in the same JVM when used with a PoolableDataSourceProvider
or a DataSourceProviderFromDataSourceConfiguration.
To make this change, I needed to be able to make ValueProviders have
meaningful equals methods.
