Would you also add this to Java? I was just thinking I would port
ReduceFnRunnerTest to TestStream tests. But it would be even better to port
ReduceFnRunnerTest to add test cases in the trigger transcripts (if they need
adding) and then also run these in Java.
(if we could do runner compliance via the Runner API that would be great, but
since we can't today this would be really nice to just replicate in each
language)
