What is the dependency diff for performing this upgrade?
(I'm asking since changing proto/grpc/guava libraries has been known to
break other client libraries dependencies and or hadoop IO, spark runner, flink
runner)
It seems as though 1.8.0 depends on google-cloud-clients 0.73.0-alpha while
1.12.1 depends on 0.106.0-alpha. Those google-cloud-clients dependencies have a
lot of dependency changes including guava, proto, and grpc version changes.
