My understanding is that the `OPTION` syntax is idiomatic for ZetaSQL. For
Calcite SQL I _think_ that `TBLPROPERTIES` is idiomatic. In both cases, though,
DDL is owned by us, not the other projects. They do have different intrinsic
types so we probably need separate DDL definitions per dialect.
