[BEAM-8831] Do not copy generated files for Python source copy

We duplicate Python source files in isolated workspace for tox execution.
Generated files or directories like `.eggs/`, `*.egg-info/` and `**/*.pyc` are
not need for tox and could cause conflict in parallel execution, like issue in
[BEAM-8831](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-8831).
This change would fix this problem.
