CC [~amaliujia] [~apilloud] [~kirillkozlov] in case this sounds familiar. It
may have to do with vendoring of Calcite (where we got lucky and got those
usedUndeclaredArtifacts) or with changes to deps around hadoop and mongo
perhaps.
