PipelineResources algorithm is not working in most environments

Fixing the algorithm by replacing it with
[ClassGraph](https://github.com/classgraph/classgraph). Other than that enabled
way to inject custom implementations of the algorithm through pipeline options.
This is for cases that ClassGraph does not solve.
