Add ThriftIO to support IO for Thrift files

This PR adds Beam support for Thrift files through ThriftIO. ThriftIO
provides:
1. FileIO compatible API for reading files through ThriftIO.readFiles().
2. FileIO compatible API for reading files through ThriftIO.sink().
3. Document model to represent parsed Thrift files.
