1. Implemented `show` API in `interactive_beam` module. Users can
invoke the API to introspect data through dynamic visualization for
given PCollections immediately after they define those PCollections
without running pipelines explicitly. API `show` always implicitly
executes the right pipeline fragment no matter how broken/messy the
in-memory state is for a notebook which makes the user flow
data-centric. Additionally, `show` returns the data as a list.
2. Added `pipeline_fragment` module to build pipeline fragment including
only transforms necessary to produce user-desired PCollections and
implicitly execute the fragment to emit data for user-desired
PCollections.
3. Updated the example notebook.
4. Use heading to sample data from PCollectionVisualization for
print-display when there is no frontend.
5. Added the notion of cached PCollection completeness. Only cache of
completely computed PCollections can be read.
6. `show` uses cache and generates cache accordingly. `p.run` does not use
cache and only generates cache by default.
