This reverts commit 7e5a885d854eb86b7dd07f778c05fa5d595adc7d.
Classgraph seems to suffer some problems tha appeared in post commit testing
(see: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/10410). We can switch back to one of
previously proposed solutions without reverting the whole branch but only one
commit that introduces classgraph
