Beam 2.19 causes the following error to occur in an IPython notebook:

in alter_label_if_ipython(transform, pvalueish)

TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting}}
The fix should be that the formatter should pass "% (pvalueish,)" instead of
the possible tuple.
