Description: With the new module for the Spark 3 runner we will need to
update the test jobs that run on Jenkins so they run for both Spark 2 and Spark
3. (was: The refinements in BEAM-7878 fixed an issue on Spark runner leaking
scala 2.11 into the user classpath, now users may provide different versions
of the dependencies including different Scala versions (e.g. 2.11 or 2.12). We
need however to add CI tests to ensure that the runner works correctly with
both versions (and even with multiple Spark versions, e.g. 3.0.0).)
