Think I only got one question before I can implement this:
Are we expecting the side input to be AsIter, where the side input just
specifies an iterable of video contexts.
{code:java}
('context1', 'context2', ...){code}
Or are we expecting a mapping (AsDict) on the form:
{code:java}
{'gs://cloud-samples-data/video/cat.mp4': 'context1',
'gs://other-video/sample.mp4': 'context2', ...}
{code}
