Thanks for offering, [~yoshiki.obata], assigning this issue to you. Also, if
you are interested there are several action items on the horizon related to Py
3.8 support (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-8494). We can start
breaking up that issue into smaller issues.
