When SolrIO was refactored from the Source API to the DoFn API the ReplicaInfo
class was added as a complementary information for Reads. However it makes
sense to make ReplicaInfo part of the Read to have a single object with the
complete specification to do Reads. This will simplify the creation of ReadAll
in BEAM-7770
