I'm still trying to figure out the cause of this. This happens on a simple
Python pipeline running on Spark with options
[ "--runner=PortableRunner",
"--job_endpoint=localhost:8099", ]
However, it does not seem to fail when I use environment_type=LOOPBACK.
Strangely, I cannot get portable word count test to fail, even when I change it
to environment_type=DOCKER. Could be that I have forgotten to build something
or otherwise misconfigured my environment.)
