Fix annotation import in from_callable to support annotations on arbitrary
(variadic) arguments.
For example, in IOTypeHintsTest.test_from_callable, the annotation for args and
kwargs should be:
{code}
*args: T
**kwargs: str
{code}
and converted to this in from_callable:
{code}
Tuple[T, ...]
Dict[str, str]
{code}
