Added support for BIT_OR aggregation function in Beam SQL.
I have to add a unit test in **ZetaSQLDialectSpecTest**. Struggling to do
that right now. Will try again soon!
Other than that, I ran ./gradlew -p sdks/java/extensions/sql check and that
passed on my computer
