ivankelly opened a new issue #1657: Utility to mark closed ledger as in recovery URL: https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/issues/1657 Consider a case where a ledger gets mistakenly closed at the wrong point due to a bug or something. In this case, it would be useful to reopen the ledger as IN_RECOVERY, so that recovery can try again to figure out the end of the ledger.
