@eolivelli Closing this PR as what it aimed to do was bsaically support auto-refresh of client and server based certs. @rdhabalia has already brought in the feature for client (0098999ebd9d6269770d9a9a2ddd1190e9c83cda) and server (4c6cf097d9b823c8e839e176a06266a58bcb7bf5) Although his take is different than what was suggested here - it works.
