Rename "timezone" connection property to "timeZone", to be consistent with
java.util.TimeZone (two words in camel case). Also rename
CalciteConnectionProperty.TIMEZONE and BuiltInConnectionProperty.TIMEZONE to
TIME_ZONE. ConnectionConfig.timeZone() is already OK.
