Create a "powered by Calcite" icon, create a list of projects powered by
Calcite on http://calcite.apache.org/docs/adapter.html, and add instructions
for how projects can use the icon in their own project and also get themselves
added to the list on Calcite's site.
If you are interested in being on the initial list, *please comment on this
JIRA case, with the name and URL of your project or product*. It does not need
to be an open source project.
To be clear, under the terms of ASL 2.0 you are free to use Apache Calcite
without attribution, but attribution using the "powered by" logo is much
appreciated by Apache Calcite.
