The {{JoinUnionTransposeRule}} is fired if one of the operands is a {{Union}},
but inside the {{onMatch()}} method, the code checks if one of the operands is
an instance of {{LogicalUnion}}. External implementations would benefit from
changing the rule to match {{Union}} instead.
