Summary: Wrong with model-with-view.json in csv example

In model-with-view.json file, the value of operand 'directory' is
'target/test-classes/sales'. Meanwhile the !connect command in Sqlline also
specifies 'target/test-classes/model-with-view.json' as model file which causes
exception like below:

directory target/test-classes/target/test-classes/sales not found
Error: exception while excecuting query: From line 1, column 15 to line 1,
column 18: Table 'EMPS' not found (state=,code=0)

The directory should be fixed.
