Julian Hyde resolved CALCITE-1302.
----------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 1.9.0
Fixed in http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/calcite/commit/ac9c8c7a.
The effect of this change is that we don't need to use SqlIntervalQualifier as
often (which is good, because SqlIntervalQualifier is a weird hybrid class that
is also an AST node i.e. extends SqlNode).
Also, the JDBC client gets more information from the type. It sees not
"interval_year_month" but "interval_year" or "interval_year_month" or
"interval_month".
> Create SqlTypeName values for each interval range, e.g. YEAR_MONTH
