Sorry I wasn't more clear. I am purely talking in terms of Avatica. We are
creating multiple ways for an Avatica implementation (PQS) to extract what the
"remote user" of a request is.
Phoenix would still be providing it's own implementation for
{{DoAsRemoteUserCallback}}.
