Review comments:
* In {{jdbcToSerial}} it doesn't look as if it handles null {{Timestamp}}
values.
* In {{AvaticaUtils}}, the {{getNonPrimitiveRep}} and {{getSerializedRep}}
methods can be moved to {{Rep}}, and maybe rationalized a bit.
