Tighten filter push down at Druid handler , as a follow up of CALCITE-1777.
the approach will something like parse the filter tree by visit every leaf and
try to generate a druid filter, if we have a valid leaf druid representation
the underline rel will be pushed otherwise it will not be pushed.
