This looks to be shaping up to be one of those "drilling a hole" kinds of
request. Instead, can we figure out what the missing capability is, and craft
something that will work for other consumers, not just Flink?
[~amansinha100], [~jni], Can you ask someone from Drill to monitor this case?
You have in the past made this kind of request, in particular modifying the
behavior of ANY, and we need to craft something that works for everyone.
