I pushed new versions of http://calcite.apache.org/docs/adapter.html and
http://calcite.apache.org/docs/tutorial.html to the web site; {{class
SqlGroupWindowFunction}} is not present yet, but everything else is present in
1.14 and the documentation is an improvement.
