[~msydoron], I have rebased (but not squashed) your PR onto latest master + a
fix for CALCITE-1265. The code is in
https://github.com/julianhyde/calcite/tree/2128-jethro. The fix for
CALCITE-1265 duplicates some of your early work in your branch but also fixes a
couple of issues caused by HyperSQL dialect; I will push it to master shortly.
I strongly recommend working on top of my branch.
