Fix For: avatica-1.12.0, 1.17.0
CALCITE-2225 and CALCITE-2272 tried to enable "-html5" flag with
"<additionalparams>". This needs to be changed to "<additionalOptions>".
Furthermore "-html5" only works on jdk9 or greater so need to add a profile to
fix this.
