mailing lists regarding an equivalent for {{DISTINCT ON}}. The community seems
to prefer the {{ANY_VALUE}}. This Jira is a placeholder for implementing the
{{ANY_VALUE}} aggregate function in Apache Calcite. (was: We had discussions
