Here's a [pull request|//github.com/apache/calcite/pull/764]. It seems to work
well although I'm getting intermittent failures with the materialized view
test. This may or may not be related. I also can't seem to configure log4j to
disable debug logging so currently the output is very noisy. Any suggestions on
fixing that would be great.
