[~julianhyde] changing cassandra daemon startup timeout (see
[BaseCassandraUnit|#L21]) from 20s to 30s makes tests pass on your server.
I will debug more to understand why startup takes much longer on your server
([current PR|https://github.com/apache/calcite/pull/775] was updated to unblock
users)
