It is agreed that error printing from CalciteException, SqlValidatorException
are of no use during tests, and it does clutter output (it makes CI analysis
hard).
Note: this ticket alters just "test" log4j.properties, and it does not impact
other aspects of Calcite.
Client-visible behavior is being discussed in CALCITE-2463.
