Since "aggregation" isn't a standard term (in Calcite we talk about "aggregate 
functions", the "Aggregate" relational operator aka GROUP BY) can you 
illustrate with a couple of SQL examples.

Also, sorry to be pedantic, but please start JIRA description with a capital 
letter. This will become a line in the release notes eventually.
