I have applied a patch [PR|https://github.com/apache/calcite/pull/958]. The 
main diff is that i make the return val of Identifier to type Pair<String, 
Boolean>, pair.right is a flag in order to indicate whether the parsed id is 
escaped.

I also add in a flag in SqlIdentifier.

Then during validating or convert we can make right decision based on if the 
target identifier is escaped.
