Hongze Zhang commented on CALCITE-2762:
---------------------------------------

{quote}Can you please write a test (e.g. Quidem one) that fails when run with
current Calcite version?
{quote}
[~vladimirsitnikov], in current calcite verision all dot-separated Quidem
variables are treated as false, However I couldn't find a proper way to "fails
the run" from Quidem test using a "false".

e.g.
If we have "calcite.var" = "false", how can we fail a Quidem test using the
variable "calcite.var" ?

I am not so familiar with Quidem, maybe need a little guidance here.

> Quidem env variable is always false if its name is separated by dot(".")
