Description:
-We should drop support for dep when Go 1.12 is released (Jan 2019). Go modules
is now the official package management solution (since Go 1.11).-
Moving this to 5.0.0 to coincide with Go 1.13 (due in Aug 2019). Reason for
this is that Go Modules will be enabled by default in Go 1.13. Lots of
enhancements to modules are also planned for 1.13.
