[~Chunwei Lei] - IMHO the case seems to be good enough (although maybe should
consider the token <RESPECT> too, I think).
And I suppose that you don't really support the idea to make the window
function call an operand of {{IGNORE_NULLS}} / {{RESPECT_NULLS}}. Could you
please explain a bit more about your worrying on this?
