Going fully off of memory here, I think we just need to glance at
SpnegoLoginService from the older Jetty version and see if anything notable
changed. I suspect that not to be the case, but I don't think it will be
onerous.
Hopefully I left some good notes on why I had to make that above class the
first time around. Will try to circle back around here.
