Thanks Kevin and Francis! I somehow missed the talk in that thread :), sorry
about that.
And looks like it is been a time (> 5 months?) after that talk. May be I can
help to test the Travis Windows build on my personal branch of Calcite/Avatica
first, to see if it is enough to be used in production.
By the way, [~krisden] - are there some known issues of the new Windows CI you
have found last time? Maybe we can double check if they get fixed/improved at
the time.
