Yeah, it's ironic that a query fails when conformance is set to LENIENT. But it 
makes sense.

In LENIENT, Calcite's behavior should be very much like PostgreSQL. If there is 
a query that gives a validation error on Calcite-LENIENT and not on PostgreSQL, 
or vice versa, please post it.
