Reading your {{timestampFunReturnsTimestamp}} test case above. It seems 
impossible to make this work if we convert our internal {{long}} values into 
{{java.sql.Timestamp}} for the UDF and back again, because the localtime to UTC 
mapping is not 1:1. How do you achieve this using LocalTimestamp? Should we 
instead recommend that people use {{long}} or {{LocalTimestamp}} arguments when 
writing UDFs?
