Note that {{ANY}} is different than {{ANY_VALUE}} (added in CALCITE-2366).
The {{ANY}} and {{EVERY}} aggregate functions are also different from the
{{ANY}} and {{EVERY}} unary predicates (similar to {{SOME}}, {{EXISTS}}, {{IN}}
and usually used in a {{WHERE}} clause).
